The delivery time in Switzerland is usually 1-2 working days (Post Priority) or 2-3 days (Post Economy). The shipping costs for orders from Switzerland with an order value below CHF 100.- are CHF 7.- (Economy) or CHF 9.- (Priority). For orders below a value of CHF 30.- we charge a small quantity surcharge of CHF 13.-.You will receive the tracking number of your package after shipment. The shipping costs for orders from Germany, Luxembourg and Austria with an order value below CHF 200.- are CHF 38.-. Delivery to Germany or Austria usually takes about 3-7 working days. From an order value of CHF 200.- in we deliver the products free of shipping costs.When shipping abroad, customs duties, VAT, and fees are incurred, which are to be paid directly to the carrier.
We ship with the Swiss Post and SwissPost TNT.

We offer you a limited right of return. We cannot take back items ordered or collected from us in every case. Products that were in stock at the time of order and are still in their undamaged, unopened original packaging can usually be returned. Products ordered especially for you or products that are not in their original, intact condition cannot be taken back or can only be taken back for a return fee.

LED light bulbs can be handed in free of charge at drop-off points for electronic waste.

Marked LED filament lamps can be dimmed - not all dimmers can dim LED lamps. Flickering of LED lamps is often noticeable when the load falls below the specified minimum. We cannot guarantee the functioning of these lamps. 

We offer the following warranty periods for our products:
- pendant lamps and table lamps: 24 months
- LED filament lamps: 18 months

Due to the manufacturing process, scratches in the glass bulb of the bulbs cannot be ruled out.

The color temperature (light color) of the illuminant has a great influence on the atmosphere in a room.

Every light source is composed of spectral colors. The sum of these colors results in a (different) white, which is perceived as "warm", "neutral" or "cool". The unit of measurement for color temperature in Kelvin (K).

We offer bulbs from 1800 Kelvin (very warm) to 3000 Kelvin (neutral). Illuminants with 2200 Kelvin come closest to the original tungsten illuminants in color appearance.
