Shipping within Switzerland

The delivery time in Switzerland is usually 1-2 working days (Post Priority) or 2-3 days (Post Economy).

The shipping costs for orders from Switzerland with an order value of less than CHF 100 are CHF 7 (Economy) or CHF 9 (Priority). For orders below a value of CHF 30.- we charge a small quantity surcharge of CHF 13.-.

Shipping to DE, AT and Luxembourg

The shipping costs for orders from Germany, Luxembourg and Austria with an order value below CHF 200 are CHF 38. Delivery to Germany or Austria usually takes about 3-7 working days.
From an order value of CHF 200.- in we deliver the products free of shipping costs.
When shipping abroad, customs duties, VAT, and fees are incurred, which are to be paid directly to the carrier.
We ship with the Swiss Post and SwissPost TNT.

Take-back conditions

We offer you a limited right of return. We cannot take back items ordered or collected from us in every case. Products that were in stock at the time of order and are still in their undamaged, unopened original packaging can usually be returned. Products ordered especially for you or products that are not in their original, intact condition cannot be taken back or can only be taken back for a return fee.

- The product was available in our warehouse at the time of the order
- The receipt of the product is a maximum of 14 calendar days ago

Limited right of return
- The product is in opened or damaged original packaging
- The product is unused and shows no signs of use
- Any accessories supplied are complete
- The receipt of the product is a maximum of 14 calendar days ago

The redemption takes place after positive examination by us. The amount of the discount is determined by us. The maximum amount that will be refunded is the purchase price minus a fixed discount (usually 20% / minimum CHF 10.00).

- Any supplied accessories are missing
- Opened products that were welded or sealed. A broken seal is considered an opened product in any case.
- The return deadline has expired

The return of the goods together with the delivery note must be sent exclusively to the address: Edisson Stellwerkost GmbH, Spinnereistrasse 29, 8640 Rapperswil. It is at the expense and risk of the customer - we recommend shipping by Swiss Post.
