Validity
By sending an order, the customer expressly agrees to these terms and conditions.

Delivery conditions/shipping costs
Shipping costs are not included in the item price and will be charged depending on the ordered quantity. Prices are subject to change without notice. Deliveries are only made within Switzerland. For some articles, higher shipping costs may be incurred due to the larger packaging mass or the order quantity. In this case, the effective shipping costs will be charged. We reserve the right to make changes to the flat shipping rates. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
If an ordered product is not available at the time of delivery, it will neither be invoiced nor forwarded later.
Please note the delivery times given under Info. However, these empirical values can vary due to backorders. The stated deadlines are not binding.
If the goods cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or refusal of acceptance, the recipient shall bear all further shipping costs incurred.

Prices/Order and payment modalities
All stated prices are final prices including applicable VAT of 7.7% (Switzerland). Delayed delivery never leads to a price reduction.
Payment is made by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express), Paypal, Postfinance Card, Twint or by cash in advance.
The contractual relationship is established by the customer's order and the electronic acceptance of this order on edisson.ch.
All orders are confirmed by e-mail.

Price and assortment changes
Prices and product range are subject to change without notice. Errors and misprints excepted.

Exchange/Warranty
An exchange is not possible. Exceptions in case of: Wrong deliveries and manufacturing defects in the delivered products. However, the liability is limited to replacement delivery. Claims for cancellation of the contract or reduction of the remuneration are excluded, provided that a replacement delivery is possible within a reasonable period of time. The customer must notify us of any defects immediately after receipt of the delivery, at the latest within 10 days (see contact form). If no written notice of defects is given in due time, the delivered products shall be deemed to have been approved. The goods complained about must be returned with a corresponding note within 10 days (postmark). The goods must be returned in their original packaging. Any shipping costs for the return of the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
In the event of damage to the items in transit, a complaint must be made within 48 hours, otherwise the entitlement to a free replacement will expire. If the goods are not returned or if we cannot determine any defects or only defects caused by the buyer, the buyer shall bear the costs of the replacement delivery.

Disclaimer
Excluded from the warranty are damages for which the buyer is responsible, e.g. as a result of improper handling. The customer is responsible for the selection and use of the products. Claims for damages of any kind are excluded, unless we have caused the damage intentionally or through gross negligence. In no event shall we be liable for consequential or indirect damages.

Data protection
The data necessary for the business transaction will be stored and, if required, forwarded to companies commissioned with shipping and invoicing as part of the order processing. All personal data will be treated confidentially.

Secure data transmission
Your personal data will be transmitted encrypted. This applies to your order and also to the customer login. We use the coding system SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Nobody can guarantee absolute protection. However, we secure our website and other systems by technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution of your data by unauthorized persons.

Applicable law/jurisdiction
The legal relationships are subject to Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is St.Gallen.
